How credits work

What's a credit?

Credits are charged per second of finished video, and the rate scales with resolution. 480p is the baseline at 10 credits/sec; higher resolutions cost more per second. Pick the quality that fits each project — a 10-second 480p ad costs 100 credits (≈ $5.50 at the Starter rate); a 10-second 1080p ad costs 370 credits.

Maximum video length is 15 seconds and maximum resolution is 1080p SR. The generation page shows the exact credit cost before you commit.

Yes. Starter, Growth, and Scale are recurring monthly subscriptions. Each billing cycle refills your wallet to the plan amount. Unused credits from the previous cycle are NOT carried over — if you ran a light month, the new month starts fresh at the plan amount. Cancel anytime; you won't be charged again, and you keep any leftover credits in your wallet for as long as you log in.

Monthly-plan credits are scoped to the billing cycle — when the next cycle starts, the wallet is reset to the plan amount. Pay-as-you-go top-up credits do not expire; they sit in your wallet until you spend them. If you need credits that don't reset, use the top-up instead of (or alongside) a subscription.

Not at the moment. The smallest commitment is the Starter plan ($55 for 1,000 credits — about 10 ads at 480p × 10s) which is enough to evaluate the platform end-to-end.

Use the pay-as-you-go top-up: pay any amount from $50 to $10,000 and get 22 credits per dollar. That sits between Growth (~20 cr/$) and Scale (~22 cr/$). No subscription, no recurring charge. Top-ups stack on top of any plan credits already in your balance.

Failed generations are auto-refunded to your credit balance within 5 minutes. If a provider returns a broken or partial output, our team reviews it manually and refunds where appropriate.

Credits delivered for the current period are non-refundable, but you can cancel at any time and you will not be billed again. The credits you already received stay in your wallet until the cycle ends — once the next cycle would have started (had you not cancelled), the wallet stops refilling.
