How agencies use AdVideoLab to test more concepts per client
Most performance agencies have the same bottleneck: the media buyers want more creative than the studio can make. Every new concept means a brief, a creator, a shipment, a shoot and an edit. By the time it's live, the client wants the next round.
AdVideoLab removes the shoot from the concept stage. You make the first version of an idea from a product photo in minutes, test it with real spend, and only brief a creator or a studio for the concepts that proved themselves.
Where it fits in your workflow
| Stage | Before | With AdVideoLab |
|---|---|---|
| Concepting | Written briefs and mood boards | Watchable drafts of each concept |
| First test round | 1 to 3 concepts, weeks to produce | 5 to 10 concepts, same week |
| Localising winners | New creators per market | Same ad in 9 languages |
| Refreshing fatigued ads | New shoot | New hooks on the same product photo |
| Final polish | Studio or creator | Studio or creator, for proven winners only |
One workspace per client
On the Enterprise plan each client brand gets its own workspace: its product photos, videos, brand voice, banned words, personas and credit balance stay separate. Your team switches between clients without mixing up voices or budgets, and you can see what each client has used.
Brand voice keeps every client sounding like themselves
For each client, set the tone, the words they always use, the words they never use and the competitors never to mention. Write with AI applies that profile to every brief it drafts and flags any banned word or competitor name that slips into a draft. You can also paste the client's website and let the AI draft the profile for you to review.
A simple test structure clients understand
| Round | What you make | What you learn |
|---|---|---|
| 1 | 3 hooks on the same product, UGC mode | Which message stops the scroll |
| 2 | 3 versions of the winning hook | Which delivery converts |
| 3 | The winner in 2 to 3 extra languages or formats | Where else it scales |
Clients rarely argue with a test they can watch. Share the drafts, agree on what to spend behind, report back with numbers.
What it costs per concept
Credits are charged per second of finished video. A 10-second draft at 480p costs 100 credits and at 720p 220. On the Growth plan ($149 a month for 3,000 credits) that's roughly 13 ten-second 720p videos. Agencies running several brands usually move to Enterprise for volume pricing and separate client workspaces.
