Refund Policy

This Refund Policy explains when payments to Reklamedia for the Service are and are not refundable. It forms part of, and should be read together with, our Terms of Service.

1) Subscriptions

Subscription plans are billed in advance for each billing period (monthly or annual). You can cancel at any time from your account settings; your plan stays active until the end of the current paid period and does not renew afterwards. We do not provide refunds or credits for partial billing periods or for periods already started.

2) Credits and top-ups

The Service runs on credits. Credits that have already been used to generate content are non-refundable, because the underlying AI processing has been performed and paid for. One-time credit top-ups are non-refundable once purchased, except where a refund is required by applicable law.

3) Consumer withdrawal rights (EU / UK / EEA)

If you are a consumer in the EU, UK, or EEA, you normally have a 14-day right to withdraw from a purchase of digital services. Because the Service delivers digital content immediately, you expressly request that we begin providing the Service right away and acknowledge that you lose this right of withdrawal once generation begins or credits are used. You confirm this at checkout. This does not affect statutory rights that cannot be waived.

4) Duplicate or erroneous charges

If you were charged in error — for example a duplicate charge or a billing mistake on our side — contact us and we will investigate and refund any incorrect charge.

5) Chargebacks

If you believe a charge is wrong, please contact us first so we can help. Filing a chargeback without contacting us may result in your account being suspended while the dispute is reviewed.

6) How to request a refund

Email legal@advideolab.com from the address on your account, including your invoice or transaction details. We aim to respond within 5 business days.

7) Changes

We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by the "Last updated" date above.
