How it works
- Top-up amount is rounded to the nearest $10 increment.
- Top-up credits sit in your wallet until you spend them — no monthly reset (unlike subscription plans).
- Payments are processed securely through Stripe.
- Credit purchases are non-refundable, but failed generations are auto-refunded.
Enterprise sub-company accounts cannot buy top-up credits — top-up is available only to parent tenants and standard accounts.
