Before and after videos (transition)

Transition mode starts on your first photo and ends on your second, and creates the movement in between. It's the classic before and after reveal, without filming the change.

When to use it

• Skincare, cleaning, organising, fitness: anything with a visible result.
• Packaging reveals: closed box to open box.
• Styling: plain room to styled room, bare wrist to wrist with a watch.

How to set it up

1. Upload the first photo (A), where the video starts.
2. Upload the last photo (B), where it ends.
3. Describe how the change should happen: a wipe, a slow fade, a hand coming into frame.

Both photos are needed before you can generate or use Write with AI.

Tips

• Match the angle and framing of the two photos. The closer they are, the smoother the change looks.
• Keep it honest. Before and after claims are regulated for some categories and platforms. Only show results the product really delivers.
