UGC mode
UGC ("user-generated content") mode produces a person-led ad — the kind of authentic, creator-to-camera video that performs on TikTok and Reels.
When to use it
Use UGC when you want a human presenting or reacting to your product, not just a product shot. It's the best default for social-first ads.
Personas control the on-camera creator
In UGC mode you pick an on-camera persona — the creator who appears and speaks. A persona fixes gender, age range and vibe so the model doesn't invent a random person each time. The favourite persona is selected automatically; pick No persona to fall back to the form's creator fields. Manage personas from Brand Voice → Personas. See Personas.
Tips
- Add a spoken language chip if you want lip-synced dialogue; leave it on None for a visual-only render.
- Use Write with AI — in UGC it honours the selected persona so the script matches who's on camera.
- A clean, well-lit product photo gives the model more to work with.
