Formats and sizes
Upload JPG, PNG, WebP, AVIF or HEIC, up to 25 MB each, between 300 and 6000 pixels on each side. Photos straight from a phone (HEIC, WebP, AVIF) are converted for you. If a particular HEIC file can't be read, you'll be asked to export it as JPG.
The same rules apply everywhere: the single photo, both photos in Transition and every photo in a Reference set.
What makes a good photo

| Labels and logos readable | Tiny or blurry crops |
| A plain or simple background | Busy backgrounds that hide the edges |
| A natural shape, roughly square to portrait | Very long or very thin images |
The model can only keep what it can see clearly, so the photo sets the ceiling for every video you make from it. The Examples page shows what good photos turn into.
